Something in the Water was a three-day festival that took place in Virginia Beach, Virginia the weekend of April 26th-28th. The event was spearheaded by Virginia Beach native and musician, Pharrell Williams. The event not only provided entertainment, it also provided opportunities to discuss black culture, faith, equality for education and empowering women.
