Phoebus High Junior, Alfredo Garcia, is captilaizing on every opportunity that comes his way. He is currently carrying a 3.8 GPA along with being very active in pursuing his goal of being a chef. He’s participated in several cooking competitions this year and has received over $35,000 in scholarship offers from culinary arts schools.
