Members and mentees from the Virginia Peninsula Chapter spent time on a brisk Saturday morning cleaning up the exterior of the Y.H. Thomas Community Center. The chapter has agreed to clean the Center as part of their community service initiative. They have also completed other cleanups in Newport News. Since they adpoted the program in 2013, they have logged over 100 hours of volunteered time.
