Dear Community Partner,

Thank you for agreeing to participate in our Health and Safety Fair at Carver Memorial Presbyterian Church-830 25th Street NN on June 26, 2021 from 12-4pm. We are very excited about this opportunity to engage with youth and our community by opening up our church grounds for this event. We are also happy to be able to offer the Pfizer Covid Vaccination to our community, sponsored by Riverside Hospital.

As a participant, you have been asked to set up a table or mobile unit with resources from your organization to share with youth and families. We will also encourage our youth to visit each table and ask that you stamp their cards to verify that they stopped by. They will receive incentives for attending each booth. If you have tables and tents, please feel free to bring them with you. We are very limited with tables, but if needed we will try to accommodate. When you arrive, you will find a large parking lot to the right of the Church. Mobile units will be directed as to where to park for visibility. Please feel free to park there or in front of the church. We ask that everyone be there by 11:30am. We will have hamburgers and hotdogs in individual containers to serve to all participants. I have attached a flyer, please share far and wide! We would like to vaccinate and share your resources to as many as possible!
