On May 9th senior Terion Rodgers was presented with the Community Builders Award from the Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP). Terion has attended the Virginia Peninsula Chapter mentoring program for three years. HRCAP is a local organization committed to improving quality of life and breaking the poverty cycle through education, training, work experience, emergency services, housing counseling and many other proven strategies.
